Hi! šŸ‘‹ This site is a space to share what I’ve learned about the brain, psychology, and behaviour—things that have made a real difference in my own life and well-being.

For the past seven years, I’ve been working in social impact, specifically designing mobile-based interventions to support health and wellness. My fascination with psychology and behavioral economics only grew from there. Seeing how powerful these insights can be in helping people (myself included!) feel better and make positive changes, I wanted to share what I’ve learned with others.

While I’m not a licensed mental health professional (but I am qualified as a Yoga instructor šŸ§˜ā€ā™‚ļø), I’ve spent years exploring how small shifts in thinking and understanding the brain can lead to big improvements. This site is about sharing those insights in a practical, relatable way—so you can take what resonates and apply it in your own life.
